When my wife and I first started considering the investment of a new in ground pool, we researched quite a bit, but ultimately decided to go with Caribbean Pools. I loved that we were able to meet with Dean (the owner) directly to discuss our project, rather than some salesman that could truly care less whether we purchased a pool or not. Dean was extremely prompt, communicated well and had great suggestions about the type, size and location of our pool. We put a lot of trust in his suggestions and vision and are glad we did.
Dean & his son Nick were personally on the job from basically start to finish, which was impressive. Their entire crew was extremely hard working and very professional all the way through and even had people stop by from time to time after the pool was installed to check various things out and make sure they were working correctly. Both Dean & Nick have been very responsive with any questions or comments I have had and either come over right away or been very responsive via text, etc. We love our new pool and know were will get years and years of enjoyment from our investment. I have recommended Caribbean pools to two of our friends, who also had pools installed by them last year and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and professional service on a swimming pool. I have also found their store to be quite helpful for water tests and any chemicals needed from time to time.

It has been our great pleasure to work with Nick and Caribbean Pools. When considering which company to choose, we picked Caribbean because they were prompt, patient and transparent. They’re also a local, family owned company with over 30 years of experience. Nick took the time to sit down with me and review every aspect of the associated installation costs. He explained the timeline and even came over a third time to review the details and recommended location with my wife. I drafted up a design plan for the patio and pool which they were able to bring to life (see photos). Their prices were competitive and I feel that we recovered a great return on our investment. They were on time to the job, polite, safe and respectful. They made sure that the job site was left clean and safe at the end of every workday. At the completion of the work, Nick spent the morning reviewing the operation of the pump and heater as well as maintenance. Overall, I cannot recommend Caribbean Pools highly enough. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and plan to continue to do business with them (openings and closings) for years to come.

They literally broke ground for our pool at 7:30 am and had the entire pool in the ground with concrete poured and all the piping connected by 3:30 pm that same day!! I have pictures to prove it!! INSANE!!
Dean, Nick and their entire crew work like the United States Marines!! They get the job done like a well-oiled MACHINE!! I was in awe as they pulled in driveway that morning and got right to work. These guys don’t play around!!
Their Service is just AWESOME too!! I have called Dean and Nick multiple times with many questions and they were always there to answer them. I never had to wait for a returned call. NO ONE IS LIKE THIS IN ANY BUSINESS!!
Oh yeah and price!!! I have been to numerous Home Shows and was SHOCKED at the price of an in ground pool. I never thought that I would be able to afford one. Although, when I had my initial meeting with Dean, I was blown away by how much less expensive it is to go with Caribbean Pools compared to everyone else. THEY WERE 1/2 THE PRICE!!!
When all was said and done, they gained a customer for life in me! I will also tell everyone I know to contract them as their new pool builder!!

What a fantastic job at a fantastic price. Caribbean Pools showed up as promised, handled every detail and explained the whole process on installing a new liner and did it in one day. Very professional, very respectful! Left my yard in perfect condition, and even followed up a week later to check on the job and to see if I had any questions. I will be contacting them soon to open my pool up, would not trust anyone else!!!! I also must mention that Caribbean Pools did the installation of my pool and my concrete deck. The pool is beautiful and has not had a problem in 12 years. They are always there to open and close it and their store gives me the best advice on how to keep it looking great with the chemicals. The concrete deck has not ONE CRACK in the 12 years!!! Thank you Caribbean Pools.

We have only great things to say about Dean, Nick and their team at Caribbean Pools and Spas. Our inground pool was in disrepair for several years with a ripped liner and cracks in the pools concrete and patio. My wife and I finally decided that we needed to get it fixed. We also knew that this purchase was going to be a huge financial expense so we started reaching out for quotes from pool and concrete companies. A number of the quotes that came back were unreasonable and higher than expected. We then received an e-mail from Dean at Caribbean Pools and Spas and their quote was within our budget. Dean personally came to our house to look at the pool, take measurement and calculate what would be needed to fix the pool and expand our patio. A few weeks later after ordering the liner, Dean arrived with a team of 7 – 9 associates ready to take on what I thought would be a challenge. Dean, Nick and team were extremely professional, worked hard, fast and completed the restoration in a single day. After the work was completed I had a few additional questions in regards to the pool/patio and Dean responded right away to answer my questions. He has a great personality, customer service skills and really appreciates his clients. It has been a month now since the pool has been restored and we have been using it daily and the work Caribbean Pools and Spas have done is amazing. We are very impressed and happy with the workmanship and professionalism that we are purchasing a safety cover this year and more improvements next year through them.
